Bicycles can be parked behind the hotel. This parking is not locked but does have a security camera pointed at the cycles.

It is possible to withdraw money at the reception

Check-out time is 12 noon. We would like to kindly ask you to check-out on time. You are free to use our facilities after check-out.

Place the hanger “Do not disturb” on the door handle should wish to not be disturbed. It is hotel policy not to provide room numbers to other guests.

All emergency exits are clearly signposted in our corridors and on the door in your room you can discover the shortest exit route in case of an emergency.

In the event of a fire please inform reception straight away. In any event of fire do not use the lift.

An iron and ironing board are available at the front desk.

A laundry bag can be found inside your wardrobe. Place the items of clothing inside and hand over to the front desk. We endeavour to return the clothes within 24 hours to your room.

Late check-out is based on availability and a fee, for more information please contact our front office. In our suites it is not possible to obtain a late check-out.

The hotel cannot be held liable for missing items from your room, meeting room or public spaces in the hotel. This also includes lockers.

A select supply of medical devices like a shower chair is available upon request. Please contact our front office for further information

Every rooms offers a minibar which is free to use during your stay. The minibar is not stocked. A minibar package be bought from our front office for just €16,50

In the wardrobe you can find an extra pillow. Upon request you can get more pillows from our front office

Our rooms are equipped with a safe. The manual can be found next to this safe. Management cannot be held liable for theft or loss from your hotel room.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the hotel. Please do not smoke on the balcony or terrace with the room door open.

On our ground floor, next to the stairs, you will find a soft drink vending machine with various drinks and food items
